Waterford Specialiizes in Paramount restorations. This is a 1973 P13 22" in our version of Sierra Brown. Includes period decals (this was the "World Championship Stripes" version of the Vintage decal set). On restorations, Tubing decals are included.
No one offers a wider range of period decals and options. In many cases, for Paramounts after 1981, they're receiving a factory finish from the original factory! We also offer a variety period colors, including Schwinn's 1970's Coppertone. Services include:
Spreading rear dropouts: This includes replacing the brake bridge.
Cable stop reconfigurations: For example, converting to head tube mounted shifters on 1 1/8" steerer frames.
Replacing dropouts: It's easy if it's the same dropout. Changing to a different style (such as converting to vertical dropouts from the Henry James semi-verts) requires replacing all the stays.
Replacing tubes: This may entail destruction of chrome plating on adjacent lugs. Waterford will not and does not recommend replating these frames.
After any repairs and upgrades are completed, we perform a full frame alignment before refinishing.
