Visits

We welcome visits to our factory in Waterford, Wisconsin (see map at right), whether you own a Waterford, you’re just thinking about it, or even if you just like bikes, we’re happy to show you around our place.

We put together three factory bike rides during the summer, and each ride starts with a factory tour. Click here to learn more.

If one of our rides doesn’t fit with your schedule, we conduct tours most days of the year. The best time for a tour is 10AM though we can take you around from 10AM to 4PM. Since work at the factory starts as early as 5AM, many people in the shop are gone after 2PM (the sales and office is open until 5PM).

Please call ahead to finalize your visit. It’s generally not a problem, through we’re quite understaffed during certain times of the year (like trade show time in mid-September). Click here the contact page.
