Register Your Bike

Registering your Waterford gives you several benefits:

• Access to details about your frame.
• Contact information if we need to contact you about your bike.
• You can notify us if your bike was stolen.
• We offer an on-line ride log for registered Waterford or Gunnar.

For Waterfords (and Gunnars) ordered after 2005, we have detailed specifications on line. Earlier frames have basic order information. On-line information is not available for Paramounts and other non-Waterford or Gunnar brands.

To register:

• Get your Waterford log-in.
• After you complete the basic login request, we email you a confirmation. Click on the link to enable access to your login.
• Log-in to the site.
• Enter and save your contact information.
• Register your frame.
• We inspect every registration to make sure it’s tied to the correct production records. This typically takes less than 24 hours.
