What if I experience chain suck on my Off-Road frame.

Chain suck may occur for a number of reasons on any mountain bike. Possible causes:

• Poor derailleur adjustment.
• Excessive chain, or chainring wear.
• Excessive mud and dirt in the drivetrain.
• Shifting under high tension or in unplanned situations.
• Frame alignment problems.

Once you experience chain suck, it becomes a bit easier to experience it in the future if your chain gets damaged or your chainring deforms. Your local Waterford dealer can check for all these kinds of problems.
